Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, following an exercise of options today by Cameron Davies, Chief Executive, under the Sharesave 2003 Share Option Plan, it has issued and allotted 178,532 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.2 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction, Dr Davies, is now interested in 3,895,832 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.2 per cent of the issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 92,783,878 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as practicable.
