Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 26 March 2013, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 4,350 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 4,350 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 April 2013.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,279,308 Ordinary Shares in issue.
