Exercise of Options
The Company received notice on 21 April 2011 that, on the same day, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 30,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Pursuant to the above exercise of options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 30,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 3 May 2011.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,630,098 Ordinary Shares in issue.
