Exercise of Options
A number of employees of the Company have exercised options over an aggregate 24,350 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Enterprise Management Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 24,350 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 20 December 2010.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,569,098 Ordinary Shares in issue.
