Exercise of Options
The Company announces that on 30 March 2010, 200,000 options were exercised by employees under the Huveaux Executive Share Option Scheme. Accordingly, application has been made for a further 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence on 6 April 2010.
Subsequent to the issuance of the new ordinary shares, Huveaux will have 152,198,453 ordinary shares in issue.
