Exercise of options
The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme, employees have exercised share options for an amount of 2,721 ordinary shares of 1.5625p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will become effective on 4 September 2008. It is also expected that the 4,709 ordinary shares which were issued on 20 August 2008 will also be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 4 September 2008.
Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of
161,196, 857 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company hold no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 161,196, 857 ordinary shares.
The above figure 161,196, 857.may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
