Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 13 June 2012, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 5,718 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2009.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 5,718 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 20 June 2012.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,927,496 Ordinary Shares in issue.
