Exercise of Options
Pursuant to an exercise of options on 20 December 2010, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24 December 2010.
Following Admission, the Company will have 16,257,667 Shares in issue, each having one vote.
