Exercise of Options

The Company announces that it has issued 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to an exercise of options. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 30 July 2010.

Following admission, the Company will have 16,068,667 voting ordinary shares in issue.
