Exercise of Options

Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") announces that on 12 November 2013 it transferred 4,000 ordinary shares of the Company from its treasury account to satisfy employee share options exercised within the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme.

Following the exercise of share options the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 12,066,500 ordinary shares of which a total of 202,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Prime People is 11,864,500 ordinary shares. 

The above figure of 11,864,500 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
