Titanium Resources Group Ltd05 December 2007 Titanium Resources Group Exercise of Share Options 5 December, 2007: The Board of Titanium Resources Group Ltd ("TRG" or "theCompany") announces that on 30 November 2007 it issued 332,991 common sharesfollowing the receipt of notification for the exercise of options by 10employees of the Company. These options were granted pursuant to the Company's share option scheme. Application has been made for these common shares to be admitted to trading onAIM.
