Exercise of Options and Additional Listing
30 June 2009 - Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that certain of its current employees have acquired 675,553 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 675,553 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme").
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 6 July 2009.
Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 102,376,375 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
