Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the issue and allotment of 3,553 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan by an employee.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 November 2020.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 138,328,939 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 138,328,939. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
