Exercise of Options

 

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options, application has been made for the admission of 20,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. It is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 6 March 2013.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares will be 30,398,987. APC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The aforementioned figure of 30,398,987 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, APC under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
