Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 17 January 2013, a former employee exercised options in respect of 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 177.5p per share and on 6 February 2013 exercised options in respect of 4,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 216.0p per share (together the "New Ordinary Shares") through the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Scheme.

Application will be made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 13 February 2013.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 14,914,190 ordinary shares representing 14,914,190 voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
