For Immediate Release 6 February 2007 TOTALLY PLC ("Totally", "the Company") Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options by a former employee, it has issued, conditional on admission to AIM, 150,000 new ordinary shares.

Application has accordingly been made for 150,000 new Totally ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 12 February 2007.
