Exercise of options

Arria NLG plc (AIM:NLG) announces that a staff member has exercised options over 263,900 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares"). The options were issued under the Company's LTIP scheme and have an exercise price of £0.001 per ordinary share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 29 January 2016. The New Ordinary Shares issued will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Total voting rights

Following allotment of the New Ordinary Shares, Arria will have in issue 123,680,610 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
