Murgitroyd Group PLC09 February 2007 Murgitroyd Group PLC ("Murgitroyd" or "the Group") Exercise of options Murgitroyd announces that it has issued and allotted 21,784 Ordinary shares of10 pence each at a price of 148 pence per share ("the Shares"), pursuant to anexercise of options under the Group's unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme("the Exercise of Options").
