Exercise of Options
The Company received notice on 16 December 2009 that an employee of the Group has exercised options over two separate awards of 6,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at exercise prices of 140p per share and 155.5p per share respectively.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 12,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12 January 2009.
Following this notification, the Company has 9,999,562 ordinary shares in issue.
