Exercise of Options
Aura announces the following option exercise;

| Exercise Price | 2.5 AUD cents |
| Proceeds | A$114,541 |
| New Total Issued Ordinary Share Capital | 715,901,577 |
Admission will become effective on 14 October 2016.
The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
The issued ordinary share capital of the Company following Admission will consist of 715,901,577 Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
