Exercise of Options

Asiamet Resources Limited ("ARS" or the "Company") reports that it has received notification from an Option holder to exercise options over 100,000 new common shares in the share capital of the Company (the "New Common Shares"). The Company has today issued the New Common Shares to the option holder and has received C$5,000 as a result of the exercise of these options respectively at a price of C$0.05 per option.

Application has been made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission to AIM will become effective and dealings in the New Common Shares will commence on or around 20 September 2019. The New Common Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing common shares in the Company.

The total number of common shares outstanding after completion of the issue of the New Common Shares will increase from 1,095,960,742 to 1,096,060,742. This represents the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

ARS now has the following options and warrants on issue:

·; 4,450,000 C$0.05 options expiring 31 August 2020

·; 800,000 £0.12 options expiring 11 January 2021

·; 6,650,000 C$0.065 options expiring 1 November 2021

·; 2,000,000 £0.06 options expiring 20 February 2022

·; 2,000,000 £0.08 options expiring 20 February 2022

·; 2,000,000 £0.10 options expiring 20 February 2022

·; 2,000,000 £0.12 options expiring 20 February 2022

·; 11,700,000 £0.07 options expiring 5 October 2022

·; 1,500,000 £0.13 options expiring 1 January 2023

·; 1,500,000 £0.15 options expiring 1 January 2023

·; 1,500,000 £0.17 options expiring 1 January 2023
