Exercise of Options
The Company received notice on 30 June 2009 that a number of employees of the Company exercised options over 16,679 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 176p per share as part of the Company Share Save Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 16,679 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 15 July 2009.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,016,241 Ordinary Shares in issue.
