Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 30 November 2011, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 14,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 14,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 6 December 2011.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,845,167 Ordinary Shares in issue.
