Pursuant to the exercise of options on 17 August 2009 under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 87,809 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on Monday, 24 August 2009. |
