Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options by Ray Jackson, an ex-employee and former Director of the Company, it has issued, conditional on Admission, 3,381,318 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company.
Following the issue of the above shares, Mr Jackson will be beneficially interested in 8,917,682 ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 May 2013. Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 235,110,347 ordinary shares in issue.
