Exercise of options by an Executive Director
The Company announces that Jon Prideaux, CEO and executive director of the Company, has today notified the Company that he exercised a total of 80,000 options over common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at 28 cents per share on 23rd April 2018 under Boku, Inc.'s Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.
Following this notification, Mr Prideaux has a beneficial holding of 1,345,126 Common Shares (which represents 0.629% of the issued share capital of the Company).
