Lighthouse Group PLC29 June 2007 Lighthouse Group plc Exercise of Options Lighthouse Group plc ("the Company") announces that 10,256 new ordinary sharesof 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted followingan exercise of options by staff of the Company pursuant to the LighthouseApproved Company Share Option Plan. As a result the Company now has 83,630,945Ordinary Shares in issue.
