Exercise of options and total voting rights

r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, has received notification from David Stoller, former Executive Chairman of the Company, that he yesterday exercised options over 19,420,076 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1p per Ordinary Shares. Following this exercise, Mr Stoller now holds 4,329,924 outstanding options over Ordinary Shares, each exercisable at 1p per Ordinary Share.

Admission and total voting rights

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the option exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that admission will occur on or around 11 December 2017.

Following Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 634,412,747 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 634,412,747. This figure is calculated prior to the potential issue of the new ordinary shares pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on 4 December 2017. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Holding in Company

Following Admission, David Stoller will have a total interest in 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.88% of the Company's total issued share capital. 30,579,924 of these Ordinary Shares are held in the name of Stoller Family Partners LLP.
