Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces that it has applied for 33,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 16 April 2021 following an exercise of share options.
Following the issue of the 33,000 new Ordinary Shares the Company will have a total of 31,971,307 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
