Exercise of options and sale of shares
London, 12 June 2018: NMC Health Plc ("NMC" or the "Company") (LSE:NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that on 11 June 2018 Simon Watkins, Group Company Secretary, exercised nil-cost share options over 6179 shares, granted to him in 2017 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP"). On the same date, he sold 2,912 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3,552p per share to pay the income tax liability arising on the exercise of his share award. The remaining 3,267 shares were sold at a price of 3,580p per share on the 12th June 2018.
Following these transactions, Mr Watkins' interest in shares remains unchanged at a total of 14,790 shares, representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
