ILX Group plc (AiM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training, announces that on 28 January 2013, options over 651,574 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised. This exercise is to be satisfied by way of Ordinary Shares held in the Company's MTIP Trust. The registered holder of the MTIP Trust is Chase Nominees Limited.

Following this exercise, the MTIP Trust now holds 1,266,661 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 3.17% of the issued share capital.
