Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings
The Company received notice on 8 June 2011 that a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 159,479 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these, the following directors of the Company exercised options over an aggregate 33,565 Ordinary Shares as follows:

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 159,479 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 15 June 2011.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,775,577 Ordinary Shares in issue.
