Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings
The Company received notice on 15 September 2010 that a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 86,521 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these, the following directors of the Company exercised options over an aggregate 81,600 Ordinary Shares as follows:

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 86,521 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24 September 2010.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,511,748 Ordinary Shares in issue.
