Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings
The Company received notice on 19 September 2011 that a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 31,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Company's Enterprise Management Scheme. Of these, the following directors of the Company exercised options over an aggregate 20,000 Ordinary Shares:

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 31,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 23 September 2011.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,819,167 Ordinary Shares in issue.
