Exercise of Options and Director's Dealings
The Company received notice on 6 October 2009 that a number of employees of the Company exercised options over 90,092 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of both the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI") and the Sharesave Scheme. The options were exercised at the following prices:
EMI
60,000 shares at 140p per share and 20,000 shares at 155.5p per share
Sharesave Scheme
10,092 shares at 176p per share
Of the above options exercised under the EMI, Simon Jackson, a director of the Company, exercised options over 6,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 140p per share*. Following this exercise of options, Simon Jackson's beneficial holding in the Company is 49,462 shares representing approximately 0.49% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
* the shares are held in Mr Jackson's Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP)
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 90,092 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 15 October 2009.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,106,333 Ordinary Shares in issue.
