Bonmarché, one of the UK's largest women's value retailers, announces that it was informed on 15 August 2018 that Helen Connolly, Chief Executive Officer, exercised share awards over ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as outlined below:

On 15 August 2018, Helen Connolly sold 14,691 shares at a price of 1.12 pence per Ordinary Share to fund the tax liability due as a result of the exercised share awards.
