Exercise of Options and Director dealing
The Company has today issued 30,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of 1,437.5 pence under the Company's Approved and Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued under the Company's current blocklisting.
The options were exercised by the Group Finance Director, Brad Ormsby. They were granted when he joined the Company in March 2015. Primarily to finance the cost of exercising the options and the resulting income tax and employer's National Insurance liabilities, he has today sold 27,914 Ordinary Shares at £22.90 per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the exercise and sale Brad Ormsby's resulting interest in the Company has increased to 2,498 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share capital. In addition, he holds remaining options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary share capital will be 6,173,128 Ordinary Shares.
