Exercise of Options

Tangent announces that on 18 November 2015, an employee of the Company exercised 62,315 options under the Tangent unapproved share option scheme. The options have an exercise price of 1 pence per share. 

Application has been made for the 62,315 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading in such shares is expected to commence on 24 November 2015 ("Admission"). On Admission, the 62,315 new ordinary shares issued will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 277,484,851.
