Exercise of options

SpaceandPeople, (AIM: SAL) the experiential marketing and media group announces that pursuant to the exercise of share options under its EMI option scheme, it has issued 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.

The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to commence on Friday 23 July 2010.

The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue will be 19,431,063 shares.
