Exercise of Options
The Company received notice on 1 December 2009 that a number of employees of the Company exercised options over 64,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 64,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 December 2009.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,170,833 Ordinary Shares in issue.
