Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice on 11 November 2008 that an employee of the Company has exercised options over 2,500 ordinary shares of 1p each at an exercise price of 140p per share.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 2,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 4 December 2008.
Following this notification, the Company has 9,987,562 ordinary shares in issue.
