Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 16 April 2014, an employee of the Group exercised options under The Portmeirion 2002 Share Option Scheme to subscribe for a total of 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Accordingly, application has been made for 2,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading of these shares is expected to commence on 25 April 2014.
The Company now has 10,974,154 Ordinary Shares in issue and 10,689,766 Ordinary Shares with voting rights following this notification.
