Exercise of Options
Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued 849,201 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options awarded to a number of individuals under the Company's "2014 Co-Investment Plan" following achievement of the performance conditions set when the Company was listed on AIM on 10 February 2014 .
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 849,201 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00 a.m. on 21 March 2017. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital and total number of voting rights will be 113,825,772 Ordinary Shares.
The below notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
