Latchways PLC13 September 2005 LATCHWAYS PLCExercise of Options Latchways PLC ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, it allotted on 12 September2005, at an exercise price of 287.5 pence per share, 8,695 Ordinary Shares of 5peach in the Company to an employee. Further, the Company announces that pursuant to the exercise of options underthe Unapproved Share Option Scheme, it allotted on 12 September 2005, at anexercise price of 352.5 pence per share, 3,972 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in theCompany to an employee. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company.
