Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 20 November 2012, an employee exercised options over 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Scheme ("EMI").
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 5,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 November 2012.
Following this notification, the Company has 13,224,958 Ordinary Shares in issue.
