Exercise of options
Pursuant to the exercise of employee share options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 215,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 17 April 2009.
