Exercise of Options

The Company has made application for 100,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to an exercise of options today. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Shares. Dealings are expected to commence in these Shares on 2 March 2011.

Following Admission, the Company will have 38,120,784 Shares in issue, each having one vote.
