Exercise of Options

Dart Group PLC02 December 2005 Dart Group PLC ("the Company") On 21 November 2005 Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, was granted optionsover 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 314 pence pershare. The options were granted in accordance with the Dart Group PLC unapprovedshare option plan 2005. 50 per cent of the options are exercisable after thethird anniversary of the grant date and 50 per cent of the options areexercisable after the sixth anniversary of the grant date.
