Exercise of Options

Tangent announces that an employee of the Company exercised 100,000 options under the Tangent unapproved share option scheme. The options have an exercise price of 1 pence per share. 

Application has been made for the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading in such shares is expected to commence on 2 September 2015 ("Admission").On Admission, the 100,000 new ordinary shares issued will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 277,422,536.
