Exercise of options
The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme, employees have exercised share options for an amount of 4,709 ordinary shares of 1.5625p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will become effective on 26 August 2008.
Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 161,194,136 ordinary shares with voting rights.
